This Privacy Policy applies to the InstaResolv mobile application, web platform, and related AI-powered services used by organizations to manage safety, compliance, and operational reporting.

2. Information We Collect

Personal data, workplace operational data (including incidents, observations, images, and voice inputs), and device usage data may be collected to enable platform functionality.

3. How We Use Information

Data is used to provide services, generate safety reports, support AI hazard detection, improve platform performance, and communicate with users.

4. AI & Data Processing Transparency

Uploaded images, voice inputs, and text observations may be analyzed using AI to assist in detecting hazards and generating structured safety reports. AI outputs support safety management but do not replace professional assessments.

5. AI Model Training

User-submitted data such as images, voice inputs, and text observations may be used to improve and train AI models that power hazard detection and reporting automation. Data may be anonymized where applicable.

6. Data Sharing

Data may be shared only with authorized organizational members, trusted service providers, or legal authorities when required.

7. Data Hosting

The InstaResolv platform is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Depending on client requirements, deployments may also be configured on alternative cloud environments or client-preferred infrastructure.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as the client organization maintains an active account. Data remains stored until the client requests deletion through platform controls or administrative request.

9. Security

Communication between systems is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS and protected using role-based access control.
