AI capabilities assist with hazard detection, reporting automation, and safety analysis. Results should be reviewed by qualified personnel.

5. Data Ownership

Organizations retain ownership of operational data submitted through the platform.

6. Hosting

The system is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure and may be deployed in other environments based on client preference.

7. Service Availability

While best efforts are made to maintain uptime, services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen events.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended for misuse or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
